Director Aggangan now CESO III

President Benigno C. Aquino III signed last 22 February 2012 the original appointment of FPRDI Director Romulo T. Aggangan as Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) III. Aggangan was among 75 government officials from various agencies who received original appointments and adjustments in Career Executive Service (CES) ranks after hurdling a rigorous evaluation process.
The managerial class in the group of career positions in the Philippine Civil Service, the CES was created by P.D. No. 1 to “form a continuing pool of well-selected and development-oriented career administrators who shall provide faithful and competent service.”
The appointment to a CES rank is made by the President upon the recommendation of the CES Board. (Rizalina K. Araral 19 March 2012) ##
