DOST-FPRDI researcher Anniver Ryan P. Lapuz (left) poses with Engr. Richard S. Reiner, in-charge of the Nanocellulose Pilot Plant of the Forest Products Laboratory (FPL) of the US Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service in Madison, Wisconsin.
